We had a house survey done by Paul from Agrious Surveyors. The communication was excellent all throughout and the survey was booked in straight away. Once the report was ready Paul sent it over immediately. It was a greatly detailed report, very thorough, well laid out, and highly informative. We were let down at the last minute by a surveyor and Agrious stepped in and made the whole process really simple from contacting our Estate Agent to providing a brief summary on the day of inspection, whilst we waiting for the main report. Paul was the first response I received and was very professional. Paul carried out a full buildings survey on our property and was very thorough. When he visited the prospective property for reasons outside his control he could gain access to the bathroom, once access was acquired. Paul agreed to revisit the property for no extra cost to complete the survey. I've had a few family members who have bought a lot more houses than me review the survey report and we all agree this was very good value for money. You receive a full buildings survey at the cost of a homebuyers report which we all thought was very good value for money and peace of mind. Paul was professional throughout the whole process and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends and family.
